Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parent/Teacher Conferences are held twice a year. The first conference is held in December after Trimester 1 ends and report cards are issued.
The second conference is held in mid-April, usually before April vacation.
2023-2024 School year Conference Schedule
December conferences will be held on Thursday, December 7, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday, December 8, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
April conferences will be held on Thursday, April 11, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday, April 12, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
Teacher Conference Sign Up
Currently, we are using web-based PTCFast.com for conference sign ups. Parents of students in Grades Preschool - 5 are encouraged to sign up for a conference with their child's teacher. PTCFast.com makes sign ups as convenient as possible for both parents and teachers. Our December 2023 conferences will be held in person. If you'd prefer to set up a Zoom conference, you will need to contact your child's teacher directly.
To sign up for a conference time, please follow the steps below:

1. After clicking on the link, check the box, or boxes, next to the teacher(s) names you would like to schedule a conference with and click submit.
2. Fill in your child's first name.
3. Fill in your child’s last name.
4. Fill in the name(s) of the parent/guardian who will be attending the conference.
5. Fill in your email address.
6. Click submit.
7. You will receive an email to the email address you entered. Open the email, and click on the link that says click here to select a conference time.
8. After clicking the link in the email, select the day and time that is available and click confirm selections then the exit button.
You will receive an email confirmation and reminder. You will also receive a link that you can use if you want to change your appointment time.
