Student Registration

Click the link below for instructions on how to enroll your child in the Holbrook Public Schools. You will be contacted by the John F. Kennedy School registrar as soon as your Verification of Residency form is received.
The registrar will send you enrollment documents and ask you to submit your child's Birth Certificate, most recent immunization and physical record from your doctor, and the most recent report card from the prior school your child attended. Once all paperwork is received, your child will be placed in a classroom and can start school!

To be eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year, a child must be five (5) years old by August 31, 2026, AND live in the Town of Holbrook. Your child's birthdate must be between September 1, 2020, and August 31, 2021.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Online Registration (OLR) program through the Aspen Student Information System. To register a new student, you must have an Aspen Parent Portal account. Please see below for information on how to create an account.
If you DO NOT currently have a child enrolled in the Holbrook Public Schools, you will need to create an account. Please visit the Holbrook Public Schools website at www.holbrook.k12.ma.us and click on the “Student Registration” link.
You can also search “Aspen Holbrook” in Google, choose the Aspen Logon - Holbrook link, and click on the “Request Account” link.
If you currently have a child enrolled at JFK and do not have an Aspen Parent Portal account yet, please contact the IT Department at support@holbrook.k12.ma.us to request an account for your family. When submitting your request, please use the email address you currently have on file with the school.
If you already have an Aspen Parent Portal account because you have an older child attending HMHS, or if you have previously contacted the IT Department to create one, please use your existing account to register your new student.
The following documents are required for kindergarten registration and must be uploaded during the registration process. We recommend having all documents ready to upload before you begin.
- Proof of Residency (see below)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- 5-year-old physical/immunization record from your doctor
VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY FOR KINDERGARTEN
Residency in the Town of Holbrook must be verified for your child to attend school. You are required to upload residency documents during the online registration process.
Additionally, the parent or legal guardian must appear in person at the Central Office with valid photo identification to have their signature notarized on the completed Residency Statement.
