Integrated Preschool Role model Application Information
The Holbrook Public School District will be accepting ROLE MODEL applications for its tuition-based, Integrated Preschool Program for the upcoming 2024 – 2025 school year in February 2024. If we have more role model applicants than needed, names will be selected by lottery. Applicants must reside in the town of Holbrook AND Verification or Residency must be completed before applications are sent via email to parents.
Children who are eligible for this program must be three or four years old by August 31 of the entry year. Children considered, (role models), are those who do not currently receive or are not in need of special education services. To be included in the lottery, applicants are expected to demonstrate age-appropriate skills in the following areas: speech and language, cognitive abilities, fine and gross motor skills, and socialization and behavioral skills.
Tuition for the 2024 - 2025 school year is $92.00 per week. Applications will be sent via email to families after Verification of Residency is completed. Please see below for information on establishing residency in Holbrook.
All applications must be received by the deadline of noon on Friday, March 8, 2024.
The preschool lottery, if necessary, will be held via Zoom, LIVE, on Thursday, March 14, at 5:45 PM. Parents will be notified of the lottery results.
Preschool program hours are listed below. Parents must provide transportation to and from preschool.
Preschool Verification Of Residency
If you are interested in applying for the Integrated Role Model Preschool, residency in the Town of Holbrook must be established with the Superintendent's Office. Once that is completed, an application will be sent to you via email.

When the residency process is completed, Mrs. Baker will forward your Verification of Residency Receipt to the school registrar and the preschool role model application will be sent to your email address.

Monday - Thursday - 9:00 - 11:30 AM
4 Year Old Program
Monday - Thursday 12:30 - 3:00 PM
(All children must be 3 or 4 years old by August 31 of the entry year.)
